Notification light gone after Lollipop

I updated to Android 5.0 this weekend and even did a factory reset and now I have no LED notifications of any kind.  In looking around it looks like I'm not the only one.  Are there any fixes for this?

Just in case, if you run your phone in Safe Mode, do they return for any apps?

Did you check the LED front and rear settings in Display?
