Phone not staying charged. Do I have to go back to Verizon store?

Not sure what to do. Phone at 100% when I leave for work, but an hour or two later it's at 45%.

Can't figure out with the new updates what's running or not running.  Hate, hate, hate the new

updates.  Totally screwed up my phone.

No, you have to factory reset the phone.
