Attempting to share a video I took from the phone to Gmail so I can email it. I keep receiving the error message "Attachment was not downloaded because your phone does not have enough storage space." Video is 66.4 MB, 5:50. My phone says I have .97GB of available internal storage.
I deleted a few pictures and apps, updated a few things, restarted, and was able to get one video to send. Upon try to send the second video, the error message returns. Deleted a few more things, restarted, tried again, same error message.
The resolution is too high to text it. I tried opening Gmail in my browser and attaching that way... which worked up until I attempted to send the email. Wouldn't complete.
Consulted VZW LiveChat and the agent was actually very helpful. With this particular issue, the problem is the attachment size limit in Gmail. Totally outside VZW's territory, but the agent went through many options with me to fix this and offered some other alternatives (like posting to Youtube).
