when i try to open my email message i get the message( failed to load massage.) it does open some of the emails but not all of them

Is the message from specific person or a specific type of message?
it is a specific type of message, you can call it junk mail. is there a setting somewhere to allow this type of email?

Which message app are you using? Are you using the gMail app or the stock email client because gMail has a spam option.
