Revolution message problem

I get a mms message and when I open can hardly see the message, have to scroll because keyboard pops up with it and never seen this on other phones. I dont want it there until I reply it takes up the page and makes it hard to see message or picture. Is there a setting or fix for this?-

Can you hit the back capacitive button and see if the keyboard will close?

Thanks Ann if capacitive is the down arrow to the right lower part of key board well when I hit that it worked. Thank you kindly
