I just received a replacement phone and whenever I try to access my rhapsody account it keeps asking me to upgrade and pay an additional 9.99 on my credit card. I've had the account for about 9 months and it worked great on my previous phone, Is anyone el

Hi, kitkat2416-

I'm glad you have the replacement phone successfully activated. Is this the application for your phone? A newly downloaded version of Rhapsody it will advise of the subscription fee, however because you will login it will recognize your subscription and not double charge you.
