Trying to get my ringback tone to work properly. I've logged into My Verizon account and set the default ringtone as the ringback I want. The ringback works successfully when I'm called from other cell phones. It does not work when someone from a landline is calling. Is there anything on my end I need to do or is on Verizon's end?

I apologize you're having issues with your ringback tones. Have you ever assigned a ringback tone for that landline number through another means such as an app?

We have not assigned ringback tones to any specific numbers. Just globally. This occurs from an landline.

AMay7494 Thanks for the details. We recommend trying to set the landline number specifically to the ringback tone and retest.
