Has any one had any issues with their Revolution such as dropping their phone on carpet and the entire screen shatters? I have had several issues with this phone and this one takes the cake. I have had my phone for a year and now it is not under warranty so am I screwed on this?
A shattered screen has basically voided the warranty so you won't be able to get a replacement from Verizon Wireless under a warranty claim. If you have insurance for the phone, you might be able request a replacement through Asursion (spell?) which is the company that handles the phone insurance for Verizon Wireless phones.
