If you know the pattern, you should be able to use that first. If that is incorrect, it should ask you for your Google Information (log in) and if that is incorrect, it will reset. You can also try the Android Assistant from your Google account page on a PC or just search for it and follow the link. You can set a new lock PIN to unlock with.
I was able to get into the phone. However, what exactly do you mean when you refer to my "Google Information" and my "Google Account?" And where do I find the Android Assistant and how would it help.
You have an Android. Therefore you have a Google Account. That would be the information I referred to. Search for "Android Device Manager."
