I am just trying to understand what a symbol means. I'm thinking that I just recently changed settings to "Request a deliver report for each message you send". When I send a text to someone who is in my contacts but not a verizon customer there is a symbol at bottom of message on right that is a green message box and it has a clock over it. I'm not sure what this means. Message says sent but when I check the message options and "view report" it says for status "pending". So how do I interpret this?? Does it mean message never received by recipient?? Thanks for help.
I know delivery confirmations can be a great way to check if those important messages are getting through peaches1965! Are you receiving the same pending status for Verizon Wireless numbers? For non-Verizon Wireless numbers, delivery confirmation is not guarantee due to carrier network differences. I hope this general information was helpful.
