This phone is just horrible - what can we do?

I am on my 3rd LG Revolution. I have had all the same issues as everyone else on this discussion board, there doesn't seem to be a solution to any of these problems. My biggest complaint is not receiving text messages. People in my life are important to me, I don't want to miss something from somebody. I find it absolutely horrendous that Verizon treats their customers like this. Obviously there is a problem with this phone...fix it or give us all free, yes free, replacements.

I don't understand this. Can we file a class action suit? Is there one available to join already? What say you Verizon? This is downright appalling that you treat your customers like this!!!!

Class action lawsuits are not allowed, thank the U.S. Supreme Court for that. You can either file a small claims suit, or go through arbitration.
