My phone is off at night and when I turn it on the next day, any text messages show the time the phone was turned on - NOT when the message was sent. Is there any way to find out when a message was sent?
Unfortunately there isn't, unless you have another device linked like MightyText on a PC that notifies of phone events. Basically, that's when you actually received it, and unless your message details (long press message) show that info you'll basically need those notifications to be linked with a PC-Android app.
