I have rebooted, I have cleared the cache and the data... This keeps occurring and I end up having to do a factory default reset which erases all the programs, photos, and apps I have on the phone.
I am deaf and this function is vitally important to me for communication. Please help me understand what is happening and how to fix it? I am 50 miles from the nearest Verizon store.
I definitely want to keep your messages up and running for you! I know how important they are to keep in touch. Are you using the pre-installed messaging app with this error, or one downloaded from the Play Store? How often is this happening? Any particular contact this is happening with?
