Verizon Cloud App acting silly

Ive got a LG G2, and recently the Cloud app keeps popping up an error message saying something went wrong and I have to hit retry or the back button. When I hit retry it just pops up again and when i hit the back button it will pop up several times ..  When i am trying to type a text or use other apps requiring typing it gets annoying to the point I dont want to use the phone. I cannot uninstall the app and I keep going into APP manager in the settings tab and stopping it from running but it always does it again later. This happens on WI-FI and the regular network.  Someone please tell me how to fix this before I just smash my phone...  This has been going on for awhile now
