I bought my dad an exalt last month, he lives in apt we built on my house, but my kitchen is open to his bedroom. I have a network extender a few year sold. But Verizon told me exalt would get great signal in boonies even. He keeps one to 2 bars. What can I do, they told me 2 buy new extender for 240$, cant afford that with what I pay out of pocket for chemo meds!!!but my dad 81 year old dad needs signal

While he is at the home address can you have him try to dial *228 call and then select option 2. Once that is completed have him power the device off all the way and then power the device back up. Then re try the services. Please keep us posted.
