Why are my texts so delayed?

Seems to be getting progressively worse.  I run the "health check" from time to time and don't get a lot of help from that.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

If you have a lot of conversations, or long conversations, then you probably should delete some messages.

You can also go into your app manager and clear the cache from your messaging app - that may help.
