Found a bug in the latest update. When you receive a text or phone call it will flash the camera flash led instead of the front screen led notifications light.
Camera light blinks
My back LED and front LED blink in unison with calls, alarms, and messages. You can set the notifications to flash the camera, so that might not be a bug.
Of course now I cant find that camera-flash-for-calls feature.
