Why won't Visual Voicemail work after the update?

I click "Update & Subscribe to Basic Visual Voice Mail" and then it tells me that "Your phone is on a government or corporate account. Please contact your account manager about getting this service." But I checked with our IT guy who does the phone purchasing and he said I am already subscribed.

Who can I contact at Verizon to fix this?

I called support. They had to remove Visual Voice Mail and re-add it to my account.
