Why won't my device send or receive picture messages?

My G2 just stopped sending/receiving picture messages two days ago. I've restarted my phone. I've tried turning off the Wi-Fi and enabling data and it still won't send. And from what I've read there are plenty of other people that have this issue. It just says "sending" until i get a message asking me to retry now or later. What gives? This is incredibly frustrating.

Try clearing cache in app manager and then messaging?  Reduce number of kept messages in settings?

I'm having the same problem and am having trouble finding ANY SOLUTIONS...

About the fastest way to rid the messages is via master reset.  Use a 3rd party app to save all your texts beforehand.
