Woke up to all contacts deleted. And acting stupid.

I woke up and all my contacts was gone and phone acting stupid. Now I want to take it back to factory setting and start it all over. But I do not want to loss my ringtone, Specially the one I made for my dad. And had my phone set up for the printer. Want to keep all that set up too. Help before I pitch it out the window.

are your contacts synced to Google or back up assistance plus /vcloud?If you fdr it you'll lose everything not on cloud storage or computer.try turning the phone off back on again and then running Verizon cloud backup assistance plus or go to your Google and sync contactsthere is an app called G Cloud or you can use the Verizon cloudbefore a factory data reset

I did find the list last night on Goggle and printed it out . Don't have any idea how I did . I do not have Vcloud but I will. Now I just need my dads ringtone, And save where the phone and printer are working together. Because I sure don't want to go through all that again.
