battery life went bad, camera shoots on when i get text msgs, everything messed up, so verizon said they would get me another lg g2, will this have the lollipop already installed?

they are sending me out another lg g2 because of the lollipop messing up my phone, will the lg g2 have the lollipop already installed?

No, lollipop will not be installed, HOWEVER, it will want to upgrade almost as soon as you turn it on. SO, make sure the replacement is wiped one more time to factory settings. Take the update with a full 100% charge. You should then be fine.
