droid revolution calendar won't sync

I cannot sync my calendar phone to my google calendar. It is already on sync. If I post something on my google calendar it will instantly go to my phone but everything that I have in my phone will not transfer to my google calendar. I am so frustrated. Does anyone know what is wrong? Please help!

When you create the event on the phone, are you creating it in your gmail/Google calendar or just the phone calendar? It will only sync if you create it in the gmail calendar.
