Had phone on charge overnight and this morning lost all contacts, Used backup and only got favorites back.Can anyone help?
We need to get those contacts restored ASAP, poolhouse! I would suggest going to vzw.com and sync your contacts through your online account. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Go to vzw.com
2. Sign into your online account
3. Go to I Want To...section and select Manage My Contacts
4. Sync Contacts
