why can't I send a picture message to an email on a computer?

Ever since the update, I can't send picture messages from my phone to my computer, but I can send them from the computer to the phone with no problem. what is the problem?

Nate0421, Let's make sure we get your picture messages working! What happens when you try to send a picture message from your phone to your computer? Do you receive any error messages?
