ASK-NCQ1338 Firmware Update LTE - Need December Version.

I am using the ASK-NCQ1338 for work. I use a VPN that allows access to sites. I had problems earlier this year when the firmware was updated. I contacted verizon an they sent a new ASK-NCQ1338 box with the Dec Firmware. This fixed my issue. Release date: 12/14/2023
Software Version: 3.3.0.3
Unfortunately, they latest firmware pushed in Feb has the same issue.

Software Version: 3.3.0.6
Is there a fix coming out or can I set my firmware to the version release in Dec?
