Are There Any Tier 2 Verizon Network Support Persons Available Here?

Are there any actual Tier 2 Verizon network specialists who read these forums? I've been trying to properly get my network issue escalated to Tier 2, but so far I've succeeded only in getting Tier 0 and Tier 1 support, which is insufficient to solving my network problem. This has been going on for over three weeks now, with lots of totally wasted time with Tier 0 agents on the phone support.
If any Tier2 Network support agents read this, please respond. Thanks.

The Tier” two” reps and “managers” are just the people you get passed around to to waste your time and hang up on you mid-conversation. I had Ann# 1 and she eventually got me to Ann#2 no lie and she hung up
