I’m trying to redeem the Amazon gift card for the Home Internet deal that I signed up for. These are the steps it tells me in order to redeem it.

However, when I got the the “Exclusive Home offers” there is no redemption for the gift card.

I'm in the same boat. I've chatted back and forth with people and still they can't resolve this issue for me. This has been 2 weeks already of just trying to redeem something.

I was able to follow the link to redeem the amazon gift card but I have yet to receive an email with the gift card. Also I never recieved an email to claim the $100 verizon gift card that was part of the promo. Please help

Hi Natasha,
they are not in spam. The previous rep I spoke to said they were pending and the holiday rush was causing the delay well I still don’t have the $200 Amazon gift card or the $100 verizon gift card.
