Cant redeem offer

So I decided to get the new Flip 6 because it's had the 75 inch TV that was in the offer. So I bought it and have received the email that says I can claim the offer but when I use the link it just stops after I click on the tile for the TV . It brings me to the offer I had a couple of years ago and won't go any farther. I've called about it and they just basically said we don't know why it's doing that and told me to just wait and see if it starts working.  We'll I've waited and still in the same spot I was before I called.

We want to be sure you are able to claim your offer. Are you using the redemption link in the My Verizon App or the website?

I've tried both. I used the app on my cell phone and tablet. I tried the website on my phone and laptop with the same results.

@Chrisfields16  did they get this resolved for you? I am having the same exact issue. I spoke to someone today and they said they have to submit a case and will call me back next week...

Yes it just got fixed and I was able to receive the TV it will be here in 2 days. It took many calls and they said they put in a special ticket and then a promo code was emailed to me and everything was easy after that. The 75 inch TV goes out of stock fast but it also restocks pretty quick so I just had to keep checking.
