Charged a Non-Return fee for item I returned!

I am so very upset! I recently returned the LTE Home Internet box to Verizon with their prepaid label and shipping box within the time frame they allowed and have still been charge the $200 non-return fee! I've been on the phone with them numerous times and have gotten nowhere! I even gave them the tracking number, showing it delivered to Whiteland, Indiana. Thats the address that was on THEIR prepaid label to send it to! I've been a customer of Verizon for a long time but it they don't take that charge off, i'm switching my phone service to another carrier. I've found numerous complaints on the location in Whiteland, Indiana losing the equipment and instead of Verizon dealing with their terrible processing center at that location, they are passing the cost on to us. It's not my fault if that location has lost the equipment! I did my part in sending it where you, Verizon, asked me to send it to!!!!

If I were you, I would just call the FCC or go online and fill out the forms that apply to you and just wait for a response.
