My service rep was great, but I wish she'd have contacted someone with more pull to try and get me our promotion after being told by multiple in-store representatives that I would still be able to keep my perk if the internet didn’t work for me.
After being a member of Verizon for almost 8 years. I decided to try their home internet where I was given a 400$ off of 799+ Samsung purchase from Best Buy for trying and that even if I decided to return, I could use said promotion. After the month was up and it was determined that the Verizon home internet wasn't suitable for our internet needs, I was told I no longer was to receive the benefits for trying the internet. Being a customer for so long, I figured I'd call and see if there was anything that could be done to still receive the promotion I was promised, and of course was told there was nothing they could do even though I drove over an hour to pick up the initial modem to try. I have never complained about the subpar service I receive from Verizon, and I atleast expected to get to keep the promotion. It's only 400$ but after all the money I've spent with Verizon.. I think we're gonna look into changing phone services all together..
