Device cannot connect to gateway

I have logged in and connected two devices to my LTE gateway. However I cannot connect my laptop. I enter the password and get the message can't connect to this network.

I tried connecting so many times, but when I finally moved closer to the router, I entered the password and connected just fine! 

Why did it take me so long to figure that out??

Hello Path1! We are here to assist with the connection issue you have experienced between the LTE Gateway and your laptop. Has the Gateway been reset or Password changed in admin or using the default Wi-Fi Name and Password listed on the bottom of the Internet Gateway equipment?
