Hi, I had a link in my Verizon app saying to click to redeem my free Samsung Tv since I signed up for 5G internet a couple months ago. It said I could redeem anytime after 7/1 it was showing on my Verizon app since the middle of June. I looked on 6/28 and the link is gone I was keeping an eye on it. I cannot find it anywhere to redeem my Samsung TV as of today 7/5/25 still no link to redeem. I called and talked to an Agent who was very kind he could not even locate any info.
The promo is still all over the internet though you only had until 4/30/2025 to sign on . I signed on 4/21/25 received box and connected 5G/ Wi-Fi internet 4/25/25. I hope this can be resolved.
