I need a return lable to send back my LTE home internet equipment. How do I get this? I keep getting the run around.

I need a return lable to send back my LTE home internet equipment. How do I get this? I keep getting the run around from customer service.  I do not want to be charged the $200 fee when I'm trying to return this equipment but do not even know where to send it.  Please help!

Hi kl272892, apologies for the trouble in trying to return your device. You can either 1) call 800-922-0204 and ask an agent to switch your return to a local UPS drop-off location or 2) Join us in the private message we are sending you to collect your information and better assist. -Red

I ended up going to my local store, and even though they were reluctant to help me, they understood I was getting nowhere with customer service, so they gave me a label to send the unit back.  I have sent it back and hopefully will not be charged the $200.00 fee since the equipment is being returned.  If Verizon is going to make it so difficult to return the equipment, they shouldn't ask for it back.
