They provide no tile so when you get your redemption email it goes- nowhere then…. They begin to send you through endless 5 day waiting periods and algorithms that push you to a point where you can’t get it by Xmas and I’m sure many people give up- which might just be the point??? All after verification you definitely qualify and hours spend at the store and on the phone begging to be done manually, the big thing is: THEY DID THE SAME thing during the Xbox 2023 Xmas roll out,
so explain to me how this happens?
theory: marketing is given unbridled control without having proper logistic structure (make money) and people on the phone and in store and given no power to fix it (already have money).
how does management at Verizon plan to fix this since it is a reoccurring issue at Xmas?
Is this how they treat people at holidays? Bc any unsuspecting parent signing up, of course, wants to give it to - CHILDREN.
