Anyone having issues being able to claim this promo?   I keep getting an error when I try to claim it.  I’ve contacted customer service but i still can’t do it

It’s still not letting me.  I’ve waited the 65 days and I’ve tried from my phone and a computer and it still doesn’t let me claim it

I have the issue of only having a PO Box for delivery and they won’t deliver to a PO Box. I have called customer service twice, the first time they told me that I would be able to pick up at the local Verizon store. I went to the store and they said they had no idea how to redeem the offer and even if they did they only have the “upgraded” Nintendo Switch. 
I called customer service a second time and spent an hour and a half on the phone explaining the issue. They said someone will call me back but wondering if they can’t figure it out who will be calling me back that can. 
Very frustrated after spending over 3 hours between store and phone.

I am having the same issue as well. I got the target gift card to go thru but I am getting there error message for the Nintendo switch. I have talked to three different people about the issue to no avail. What else do I need to do

I am having the exact same issue and I don't understand why there is no resolution.  I wish they would just send us all a promocode for us to use in the shopping cart to make it free. Clearly clicking on the redemption tile isn't working! I have called 4 times and they keep saying they will escalate and nothing happens. I am currently listening to hold music waiting for the escalation people to answer. This is ridiculous!

I am having the exact same issue, I am getting the same error message when I try to redeem in the Verizon app & online. I purchased my 5G home plan on 5.17 and Verizon's email says I have until 9.19 to redeem my nintendo switch;  but when I try to redeem the error message says: 

"There was an error when adding this Nintendo promotion to your Verizon account.Please try again later."

So far I have spoken to 3 customer service representatives on the phone and they keep saying the ticket has been escalated & I will get a reply in 3-5 days. But I have not received any reply or solution 😞 😞 😞
