Poor 4G LTE speed

I bought the 50g contact for data over cell. for that past year its been great. over the past 2 weeks the signal has degraded until it is unusable. Call the helpdesk 3 times now, a total of 5 hours on the phone. was told its congestion on the network, then the towers need to resync, then its because i've exceeded the 300gig allocation. I explained my plan allows me to buy additional blocks of data . Then I'm told the FCC regulates that and that I cannot buy more data. I read the contract out to the person and they argued with me. I demanded to speak to an account rep who can fix this issue with the contract and get me back online. Sorry, they don't have the information to give me that person. Go to your local store and talk to them. I did that, they said call the helpdesk....classic runaround. Still down, business is almost at a standstill. The only thing keeping me going is my Comcast hotspot. Verizon, you need to do better!
