I canceled my internet service on March 2nd and was told I would receive a return kit for returning the equipment-I never received kit-I communicated via chat and they told me to return the equipment to the nearest Verizon store-the store said they couldn’t accept the equipment I called 611 service line and they said they would send a return kit-I never received that return kit -I called 611 AGAIN on April 1st and they said they were going to send a return kit AND a shipping label and I never received either of those My bill was generated on 4/17 and there is a$330 charge for unreturned equipment IHAVE the equipment to return CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ASAP-email me a shipping label -SOMETHING
