Return kit for internet equipment never received-my account has been charged $330

I canceled my internet service on March 2nd and was told I would receive a return kit for returning the equipment-I never received kit-I communicated via chat and they told me to return the equipment to the nearest Verizon store-the store said they couldn’t accept the equipment I called 611 service line and they said they would send a return kit-I never received that return kit -I called 611 AGAIN on April 1st and they said they were going to send a return kit AND a shipping label and I never received either of those My bill was generated on 4/17 and there is a$330 charge for unreturned equipment IHAVE the equipment to return CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ASAP-email me a shipping label -SOMETHING

Charlie86, I'm sorry you've been having so much trouble trying to get the 5G Home returned. I appericate you wanting to get that equipment back to us. To explore some options to help get this resolved, I'm sending you a Private Message so we can discuss that.

Can someone please reach out to me again? I called 611 on 4/22 and they put an order in to send me ANOTHER return kit (order # 1031099698) and as of today 5/11 I haven’t received the kit
The $330 charge is still on my account
