Trouble with my internet acct after switching carriers for mobile device.

Hello, I recently switched mobile phone carriers and verizon has blocked me from access to my home internet account. I have done the "forgot user ID" and "forgot password", to no avail. I am still left wondering why that was done if it is still active. I am not looking for payment access, but bill access and router troubleshooting if needed. This is frustrating.
