I am becoming increasingly upset and feel as though Verizon has lied to me. I have contacted support 6+ times and been told it was solved 4 times. Everytime I am told to wait 5 days and it will be solved. I return after the period and the can is kicked down the road further. It's been sent to the fallout team twice now bother over 2 weeks ago with ZERO response. I did not think I would have to deal with such issues with a company as large as verizon. I signed up in December and here we are in March and I still have no Xbox. It is not even shipped yet! Where in the fine print did it say it would take over 3 months to beable to order the thing? If I had known I would have never signed up. I am so frustrated. I am not the only one dealing with this either according to the forums. As of writing this I just jumped off of a chat with another agent and was told yet again I needed to wait 5-7 business days and that they marked my request urgent. STOP MAKING ME WAIT JUST RESOLVE THE ISSUE!! PLEASE
