Ok so this is getting a lil ridiculous. I'm at a point where I've feel I've been lied to. I since Dec I've tried to claim this xbox redemption. I had a internet that I was grandfathered in at 25 bucks only to swap to pay a extra 20 for this deal. They said claim it through the app. I've never seen any claim for this in the app. Three service calls and finally someone was able to claim the promotion. I get a email for the amazon card but nothing for xbox. So I call again then someone states I want eligible because I called in. So I was forced to cancel. Then my wife calls she's said that wasn't accurate so we restart the process 3 5g routers later and another 20 bucks plus added on my bill still no xbox redemption. I've had someone escalate this 4 times already with the same result. Then I was lied to on the 8th by a rep stating it was shipped but I thought it odd there was no email, no text with a tracking or anything. So I call back and they said I still haven't even been approved for this. Almost 2 full months later why am I still sitting here without even a conformation of my xbox? I'm seriously questioning changing my provider at 300 bucks a month yall should have it together better than this. Smh
