horrible billing issue

I really need to know if anyone has experienced similar issues. I’ve been dealing with two issues. 2 years ago i traded in my Iphone 11 for a promotional value to receive $750 off of my current iphone 13 pro max. this never happened. they didn’t process it in time with the promo (mind u i had no intentions of trading my phone in, this was presented to me when i came in store for something else and it seemed like a good option). they offered me $223 for it which upset me but i was fine until they gave it to me in the form of a verizon giftcard. i expressed my frustration and we came to an agreement. a few days later the giftcard was gone and i never recieve any payment or compensation for my iphone 11. this was in August of 2022. My most recent issue is what is absolutely sending me into a spiral. i had a separate account for my wifi through verizon (im on my family’s plan for my phone). our wifi did not work for 3 months. they sent us a new router, it would work for a few days & shut off. After MONTHS and over 20 hours of phone conversation verizon cancelled the wrong router when i was sending the broken one back, which then cancelled our wifi all together. she then told me that she couldn’t set up a new one bc there were two many accounts associated on the line near my house (she explained it but i didn’t 100% understand how that works). this frustrated me so much bc we finally had working wifi after months of issues. i had also paid our $60 for the next month bc the representative told me to prior to her accidentally canceling our wifi service. she told me they were going to refund me the $60 and take the due charges (2 services worth of bills were showing up for both routers) this never happened. we have had a different wifi company with zero problems since this happened. a few weeks ago i saw that i was STILL receiving invoices that i owed verizon money for wifi. i sat on the phone with them for well over an hour and the rep told me they would be sending me a paper check for the $60 something i paid months back. it’s been weeks, i still don’t have the check and i just received an email that verizon has sent me to collections because of this. I am beyond frustrated. there are so many notes on my account regarding the craziness of this situation but since i get a different rep and zero manager every time i contact them, no progress has been made and now i’m furious it’s affecting other aspect of my life. someone please help me, i have no idea what to do.
