Hello All,
I made some purchases about 7 weeks ago and should've received a rebate for 2 sets of earbuds "on us". I haven't received anything in my e-mail and it sounds like customer service has no idea what I'm talking about and can't locate any rebates. Did anyone have any trouble with this? I've been looking through a few of the forums and it seems like a common theme.
