I have the offer on my account but upon redeeming it they still say DUE TODAY $140.35 and the reps don’t even know what to look at when I bring it up they instead insist on me buying one and getting another half off. Why not honor the deal! I had the same issue with a Google nest that was offered to me! Free of charge but they still charged me! Why do you guys lie?

yeah i'm having this same issue. no reps even seem to know it exists and it's getting old. i'm tired of trying to talk to people for hours when nothing gets resolved. why even offer the deal if it's just going to disappear from my account page before i'm allowed to redeem it? it just feels so dishonest and strange. i'm also just disappointed because that was a cool offer and i was checking my page waiting until it would let me redeem it in december. now it's just gone.

I am having the same issue. When I try to redeem the offer, it tries to charge me full price. I have an email confirmation from Verizon claiming this offer should be available to me. Please help resolve this issue Verizon.

i am having the same issue. I joined verizon in October and added 3 lines and purchased 3 new phones on contract. I had this free second gen airpods offer exclusive to me show up on my verizon app, which said that I will be able to claim it after December 5th but then when I tried to claim it on December 5th, it disappeared. The customer care representative can’t find it on my account either.

I have the same problem an hour in “chat help” they have no idea. Just called and he was no help either
the offer showed up but when i try to redeem it says due is 140.70 I've been eligible fore the air pods since dec 23, 2023 ive tried calling and going in person to get help but they just pass me on to the next rep or they say they are going to email me new offer so ican redeem but i havent recieved it yet.

I was offered “free airpod(2nd gen) via an email from Verizon and a link in my account on the app. The link takes me to terms and conditions and when I accept it takes me to the “ store”. When I put them in the cart the total due is $140. There is a spot for “offer code” but nothing has any such code. I explained this via a chat 2 weeks ago and an hour long, a 1/2 hour phone call to support and now you. I believe the original offer is from October when we added a line. Everyone I communicate with wants to tell me the current offers which are not “free”.

I’m having a variant of the same issue. I added 4 new lines in October. I have received multiple email reminders to redeem the free AirPods, and the tile appears under “make the most of my plans” but every time I click on it, I get a message that says:
“We're sorry.
There was an error when adding this AirPods (2nd Gen) promotion to your verizon account. Please try again later.”
This has been happening for a about 10 days now and haven’t been able to get this fixed.
