So I changed my plan with Verizon to save some money. I have 3 phones. All phones work but my phone says it’s been disconnected when people try to call. It will make calls and text. Everything works except the fact that when people call it says the number has been disconnected or no longer in service. I have talked to Verizon three different times and they cannot seem to figure it out. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you fix it? The phone worked perfectly fine until I spoke with Verizon on the phone and lowered the plan. They say all the phones are activated.
