I’ve spent hours on hold with customer service to basically be told that I missed the window for this promo. I was told in store they would be sent out after 90 days of service. Now that I’m calling and trying to figure this out I’m basing told the best they can do is a 200 dollar statement credit. Verizon deals feel very shady to me and I’m very disappointed in this company right now.
