On November 1st, I switched from AT&T to Verizon. The CSR mentioned that I will receive a $200 gift card that could be used to purchase Verizon products or pay my bill. He mentioned that I could apply after my service has been transferred. Where do I apply for the gift card? I am not finding anything on your website.
