Has anyone received the $200 gift card as promised? It said an email would be sent an email in 7-10 days. That never happened.

did you ever receive it? I don't think they plan to send it ever. I've been told through Chat and at least 4 phone calls it would be re-issued in 72 hrs and nothing has come. Not in my spam folder, they just aren't sending it at all.

I should have received it for signing up for Fios for fist time. It says I claimed it. I never received the email. I've 4 times I've called and told it would be re-issued in 72 hrs and nothing has been issued. it is not in my spam. They are not sending it.
Good news, I received the $200 Home Depot gift card on 12/18. more then 2 months after I was supposed to and after many chats and phone calls (hours wasted) and being told I would receive it within 72 hrs, three different times, the last one being 5 days before I got it. For comparison, the two Verizon gifts cards were delivered to my email on 10/09 and without a challenge.
