Verizon promised me for the 200 dollar gift card per new line that bring from other service provder. I submitted 4 requests for the 4 lines (total 800 dillar) I brought to Verizon. I received 4 emails with gift card numbers and PIN (btw who sends gift card number and PIN in same unsecured email).
When checked, all 4 gift cards had zero balance. That means the gift cards were already used. Since last 3 months I have been calling the Verizon customer service multiple times to get this issue resolved. Everytime there is a new agent to whom I have to repeat the story. Everytime they escalate the matter and promise me to resolve it in couple of days. Every call wastes my 30 to 60 min. But nothing has happened so far to resolve the issue
Did enybody face this? How was this resolved? Is there any other escalation process than just calling Customer Service number?
