I placed my order to port numbers and buy phones on Oct 13th. My invoice clearly says $200 switcher rebate for all 5 lines. Customer service in the store and online can not help me. I did find rebate center https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/ but it asks for a promo code which I don't have and can't seem to find. Anyone else have this problem? Google search resulted in VZ200SWITCH23 . I will give this a try.

I have been having problems getting theverizon forward discount credited to my account. I applied and was approved on July 30. I have made several calls and have had several chats but have had no help,as Noone seems to know anything about this program. If I try to log in and check my availability it just scrolls and scrolls. I am now owed 5 months for the new service promotion discount and the regular Verizon forward discount. I think this has been a great disappointment. I need someone to help me with this problem.
