I am having the same problem I never got my gift cards when I signed up and potted my number from T-Mobile

I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and they told me I can get $300 gift card and also $200 for the home internet I did both now I don’t see where I can claim my gift cards I don’t see them on my account

I saw a post somewhere else in these forums where someone said the way they got their gift card promos to work was if they used a computer to login to their account, not the My Verizon phone app.
I haven’t received mine either. Just left T-Mobile and no link works to get gift card
I left T-Mobile in promise of a 300$ gift card and all links provided have no way to claim it

sure. I copy and paste this m.vzw.com/rebatenotification and no way to claim gift card. It says redeem here but nothing. I reached out to support yesterday morning and no response yet. Only when I posted in public forum did I get a response
Same issue I ported my number over and got a new line and have not been able to get a straight answer

Really frustrated with Verizon. I was told that I was getting the $300 credit I asked multiple times and the person said yes. Then when I went into the Verizon store to ask when I would receive this, they said you only get $100 credit the $300 credit is based on the plan that you subscribed to. I was never told this. I will be switching over back to T-Mobile after my four months is up.

Don't feel to bad I transferred my line in June and is been a nightmare back to back with customer service in regards to my bill not being accurate and was also told about the $300 transfer gift card promotion. Been inquiring since i finally got an agent after chatting for a while that claimed she escalated the ticket 12/12/24 to her supervisor and that i should be receiving an email on how to redeem the gift card 12/17/24. Never received the email I contact someone today the agent states he wants to provide me with accurate information in other words she gave me false information. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!! HEADS UP!!

Same… signed up on Dec 9 2024 and should be getting 3 - $300 gift cards and tried talking to someone on the chat and they were no help. I want to know how to get the gift card we purchased in store And the representative that helped us in store Made it sound easy on how you get your gift card… well it isn’t and it’s kind of annoying
